Stand-Up Rhythm

You’re in the team room. It’s time for the stand up meeting. Who breaks the silence and concentration of the team?

I know that I would get tired of doing it every time. Somebody has to do it. Using a digital alarm clock to start stand up can give new meaning to helping an agile team “find their rhythm.”  Here are a few different options:

We are actually using a custom made application that also gives reminder sounds starting five minutes before the meeting, so that you can start to get ready in time.
